All hell will break loose when you are serving God with fullness and entirety. Don’t be surprised when the fiery trial comes to throw you off your game, or put you in a state of worry:
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”2 Timothy 1:7
If we choose to feed into the enemy’s devices, schemes, and tactics we give him power that he does not deserve.
When the enemy comes we must “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil” Ephesians 6:11. The enemy will come with temptations and offers that sound great, but remember to intreat your God for the discernment needed to block out the enemies devices and receive only the things, people, and blessings of God.
I know it can be confusing, when you are trying to do good in your life for the Lord, and the enemy comes in your ear with condemnation and words of discouragement. Well, remember this it means you are on the right track of getting closer to God. The closer you are with God, the more the enemy tries to steal your relationship away from God, so that you will be closer with him:
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded” James 4:7-8
